Return Policy

ZShields (Wrap, Flex, Youth, Ultra, Health, and Aries) Return Policy:
To comply with public health guidelines and ensure the safety of our employees and customers, our products should only be returned if they have not been removed from the original packaging and remain unused. Products that are unused and in original packaging must be shipped back to ZVerse within 5 calendar days from the date it was received by the customer to remain eligible for a refund.

Returns and Refunds may only be processed over the phone. To initiate a return, find the email with your order # and call +1.803.764.0353 (press 1 for support).

A packing slip or name and order number should be included with the return. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of the return for a refund to be processed. For returns that do not meet this criteria, ZVerse reserves the right to decline a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
 
Restocking Fees
All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% which shall be deducted from the refund. Restocking fees shall be imposed at the sole discretion of ZVerse for reasons that may include but are in no way limited to improper packaging; damaged packaging; and other reasons as determined by ZVerse.
 
Restocking fees may also be assessed to large orders or labor-intensive orders of up to 15%. Restocking fees are void when and where limited by applicable federal, state, and local law.
 
Please note: returns must be submitted using the return initiation instructions outlined in the policy. Failure to submit using this procedure and/or necessary materials can result in ineligible returns.
 
ZShield Accessories and Replacement Visors are final sale and are not eligible to be returned. 
 
ZShield Reveal Cancellation and Return Policy:
We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so that you will receive your important order in a timely manner. Because of this, once an order has been confirmed and payment has processed, it cannot be canceled nor refunded. To comply with public health guidelines and ensure the safety of our employees and customers, ZShield Reveal cannot be returned at this time. We are committed to ensuring the highest quality products. If you believe your product is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, please contact our customer support team at the information below. 
 
Reveal Sizing
Please understand that the ZShield Reveal comes in two sizes, a medium and a large. If, after using the sizing guide, you are still unsure about your size, we suggest you order one (1) mask before placing an order for multiple masks.
