Christmas and New Year's Shipping Notice
- Orders placed between 16 December 2022 and 3 January 2023 may take longer than 3 business days to ship
General Provisions
- Most orders ship within 1-3 business days
- All items shipped are Freight on Board (FOB) Shipping Point/Destination.
- The shipping methods provided on ZShield.com website represent specific shipping methods provided by the mail carrier. The days represent how long it typically takes for a package to arrive after it has shipped. ZVerse does not provide any assurance or guarantee that the package will be delivered in the time frame provided by the mail carrier.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded due to carrier delays.
- Once a package has shipped, ZVerse is unable to alter the shipping method selected or the shipping address provided in the order.
- The recipient is responsible for being present and available during the delivery window provided by the mail carrier.
- If the destination address requires special delivery instructions (such as delivery to an apartment office), those must be included in the order at the time it is placed.
- Any redelivery fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If a package is returned to sender, the recipient will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs for the return and any subsequent redelivery.
Pre Orders
- Pre Orders will not ship when the order is placed.
- Pre Orders will ship as the product becomes available.
- Please check your order confirmation email and our website for the latest updates on product availability.
- We will email you when your order ships or if a delay is expected.
Shipping Methods & Prices
- The day an order ships is considered day "0".
Tracking Numbers
- After an order ships, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the order, this should include a carrier mail issued tracking number.
- Questions regarding your tracking number should be directed to zshieldsupport@zverse.com or 1-803-764-0353.
Stolen Mail
- ZVerse assumes no responsibility for stolen mail.
- ZVerse does not replace stolen mail.
Missing or Lost Mail
- If the order status and tracking information indicate "delivered" but you have not received your package please contact the mail carrier and provide them with the tracking number. Request a case number for your call.
- If the carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 5 business days from when the tracking number indicates the package was “delivered” with your case number at zshieldsupport@zverse.com.
- If reported within 5 business days, ZVerse will attempt to provide assistance in working with the mail carrier to locate your package.
- ZVerse does not take responsibility for lost packages reported after 5 business days from the alleged “delivery” date. No exclusions will be made.
- ZVerse does not take responsibility for any lost packages without a valid carrier case number. No exclusions will be made.
