Based on feedback from teachers, families, restaurant workers and other high-frequency users, we have launched a ZShield Subscription program!
ZShield Visor Subscription
Your monthly delivery of replacement visors will provide ultimate clarity for all of the shield wearers in your household. The ZShield Visor Subscription is available for select models, as indicated on the visor product pages. Our visors are made of clear, anti-fog plastic and are protected with film on both sides upon delivery. Simply detach the used visor from the neck mount, remove the protective film from the new visor, and attach it to the neck mount! Click here for a step-by-step tutorial.
ZShield Aries Subscription
Your monthly delivery of Aries masks will allow you to start each week with a sigh of relief and a fresh mask. Combining the best comfort and fit with high-level filtration and easy breathability, the Aries mask meets national ASTM standards for barrier face coverings and outlasts N95 masks. Each Aries mask provides maximum effectiveness for 40 hours.
Subscription Basics
All subscriptions will run on a month to month basis, and you can cancel any time.
Subscriptions will begin on the day you sign up, and your payment method will be charged on the same date each month. Your subscription will continue until you provide notice of cancellation.

Subscription FAQ
General
Q. How does a subscription work?
A. Each month, you will receive the amount of visors or masks you selected. Simple as that! Your subscription will automatically renew monthly until we are notified that you wish to cancel.
Q. How much is a subscription?
A. The cost of the subscription varies by product. For exact pricing, check the product pages in the “subscribe and save” box.
Q. Are your products available by subscription?
A. Currently, we only have subscriptions available for select products.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept most credit cards and PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment options may change over time. For the most updated information, check your cart at checkout.
Q. Do all visors fit on all bases?
A. No! Make sure you know which base you have so that you are receiving the right visors! The easiest way to tell the differences between our shields is that the ZShield Flex has 5 prongs on the base, the ZShield Wrap has 7 prongs on the base, the ZShield Ultra is our glasses-style shield, and the ZShield Health is our original forehead mounted shield.
Q. What’s the best shield for me?
A. It is all about personal preference. Learn more about all of our shields here.
Q. What if I don’t need an upcoming shipment?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot skip any shipments.
Q. Help! I received the wrong item.
A. Please contact customer support at zshieldsupport@zverse.com. We will be happy to make it right!
Q. How many uses will I get from one visor?
A. It depends on the amount of use and how well it is maintained. Daily use will inevitably lead to replacing quicker.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. You may cancel your subscription at any time!
Q. What is your return and refund policy?
A. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
Your Account
Q. Help! I forgot my password.
A. In the top right corner of zshield.com, click “Log in” and then Forgot your password? You can reset it there!
Q. How do I update my account?
A. You can change your payment method, update your address and more by logging in to your account and clicking “Manage Subscription.”
Q. Where are my membership settings?
A. Once you are logged in, click “Manage Subscription” and you can view all of your settings there.
Q. When will I be billed?
A. Once you are logged in, click “Manage Subscription”. On that screen, look under “My Subscriptions” where it says next order. That is your next billing date.
Q. Where can I find my order history?
A. Once you are logged in, click “Manage Subscription” and scroll down until you see “Order History.”
Shipping
Q. Where’s my order?
A. You will get an email when your order ships each month. This email will have tracking information for you!
Q. When can I expect my first shipment?
A. Your order should ship within 1-3 business days from the date you signed up.
Q. Is there a shipping fee?
A. Yes, the shipping cost is calculated based on your location.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. Subscriptions are available for shipping to the United States, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Philippines, South Korea and Switzerland.
Q. Do you ship to PO boxes?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Q. Do I have to be home to receive my order?
A. No! Your order will be delivered regardless of if you are home or not.
Q. Will my shipments be forwarded if I move?
A. If you forwarded your mail, your package should get forwarded as well. We strongly recommend changing your address in your profile prior to your next shipment to avoid any delay in delivery that can be caused by an incorrect address.
Q. Do you offer expedited shipping?
A. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time!
